The material is from local place of the terra-cotta musuem.very precious and nice.we put the clay in the room to leaven about 2 weeks.then begain to work.

Smooth the outline,Carve the detail and make the face different.
Check the detail and mend it.

Keep firing about 2 weeks.
Put the air-dried warriors in the kiln,build up the door to fire.
After 5 days baked ,the warriors were moved out from the kilns .then they will be finished .

Uncolored warriors will be put outside to check their quality .Keeped in the rain and sunshine about 1 .5 month .If they are no cracks ,they are in good condition .
